• How does the request queue actually work? +
  You add requests to a shared Trello board — plain English, no brief templates. I work through one at a time and deliver each within 48-72h. Stack as many in the queue as you need. The more context you share, the faster and better the output.
• What if I only need one or two things per month? +
  Then I'll tell you this subscription probably isn't the right fit — and I mean that. It works best for teams with a recurring flow: active hiring campaigns, ongoing content needs, an EVP that's still being built. If you need a one-off project, ask me about a flat-fee option instead.
• Do you work with agencies on client projects? +
  Yes. I work as a white-label collaborator — your client doesn't need to know I exist unless you want them to. Deliverables are unbranded and handled async in the shared board.
• What tools do you use? +
  Figma, Canva, and Affinity are the core tools. With 20+ years of experience, I use whatever tool best fits the deliverable and your team workflow. Source files are always shared in formats you can open.
• Is this really just one person? +
  Yes. Which is both the limitation and the point. There's no account manager, no handoff between teams, no "let me check with the team" delay. You work with one designer, quality stays consistent, and I cap subscriptions at 3 active clients.
• How do I cancel or pause? +
  One Tally request. No notice period, no exit interview. You can pause instead of canceling if you just need a few weeks off — your queue and all brand files stay intact.
